New-fashioned room, with nice touches and very new decor. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel TV. Particularly good and excellent location with walking distance to pub and a restaurant. Really helpful and professional staff of the hotel.

Consider requesting a room temperature adjustment prior to your stay to ensure comfort, as it can be challenging to regulate in smaller properties.

It was just a good pick for a lightning trip in Torquay with good value considering price it charged. The contactless entry was a bit tricky for me, but once I figured it out, it was convenient. I suggest checking your email for entry details ahead of time.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room had a unique layout, with twin beds that offered a cozy atmosphere, perfect for friends traveling together. The decor had a nice touch.
The positioning of the bathroom mirror was inconveniently too high, forcing makeup applications in the long hall mirror instead. Bathroom amenities left room for improvement-specifically, the toilet seat felt flimsy and made unsettling noises while in use, though it held up fine. A grab handle in the shower would have added safety, and the absence of decaf coffee was a surprising oversight for an otherwise pleasant stay. Power extensions scattered in lieu of proper wall sockets raised some safety concerns, which might be a worry for those with multiple devices.

Quiet area, free parking, seamless check-in
The towels felt scratchy and were way too small for comfort!!! A daily service to replenish coffee and biscuits would have added a touch of class to my stay!!!

Couple looking for a cozy retreat
First off, the room was fine with huge bay windows letting in plenty of sunlight n that king size bed was unbelievably comfy it seemed like sleeping on a cloud I might have spent more time in bed than planned and on top of that the little fridge stocked with milk and tea made things even better like home away from home.
Sure it wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it felt alright.
